As a new homeowner, and someone with a memory like a rusty sieve, I am planning on relying very heavily on this little book. How big are the goddamn living room windows again? I’d rather check the book than have to measure them a fourth time. Or fifth. Not actually sure how many times I’ve measured them, now that I think about it. It’s definitely been more than once though.

As for the back, I’m leaning toward option 4. Whatchu guys think?
