Has anyone who writes the Aliens Think Humans Are The Weird Ones thought about taste buds? What if other aliens just straight up didn’t have the concept of different tasting palettes. Like all of their species has the same taste in food or they don’t even have taste buds, or something like that, and they’re extremely confused by humans’ varying preferences on foods.

“Hey, you should eat some of this Earth fruit, we just had a shipment today.”

“Ew, no, I hate bananas.”

“What? I thought humans weren’t allergic to this kind of fruit! Thats why we ordered it! I saw Janice cutting one this morning and putting it on a sandwich.”

“That is because Janice is a HEATHEN.”
