– writing lines
– kneeling in the corner
– do a chore alone
– quiet time
– no phone
– cold shower
– slap on the wrist
– no social media
– extra turns walking the dog
– act of service for Daddy
– time in the crate
– sit on the floor instead of the couch
– wash my mouth out
– have to ask for permission to do anything (go to the bathroom, get a drink, etc)
– apologize and explain exactly how and why I’m wrong
